Modernizing a live platform without rebuilding it from scratch
Alfabeto needed more than a visual refresh. We audited the existing product, redesigned key user journeys, created a new UI/UX, supported implementation, and helped gradually modernize the frontend.

We began with a full audit of the existing platform and uncovered issues that went far beyond individual screens.
Based on our findings, we redesigned the key user journeys, created a new UI/UX, and supported its gradual implementation within the live product. We also helped modernize the frontend and continued developing the platform after the release.
